From the day of receiving the order, you have 14 days to exclude the purchased product without mentioning the reason. The item you wish to exchange or return must not be damaged, used and must be in its original packaging. You can exchange or return the goods purchased in the online store, with prior notice, at the Eko Mammu office (Augusta Deglava 66-602, Riga) or send them to us via parcel or courier.
Exchange or return of goods at the Eko Mammu office
1. In case of exchange of goods, contact us by e-mail village@ekomammas.lv or on Instagram profile @eko_mammas_village about the availability of the necessary goods, so that they are provided to you. In case of returning goods, fill out the application in a free format (name, surname, date of purchase, bank account number, amount, reason) and send it to us electronically to village@ekomammas.lv.
2. After receiving the e-mail, we will contact you within three working days.
3. When we deliver the product to the Eko Momma office, after assessing the condition of the returned product, we will exchange the counter-specified product or another product of your choice;
4. If you want to return the product, you will receive a refund (to the current account) within 14 days from the moment we have received the product and verified its condition.
Exchange or return of goods by parcel post
1. In case of exchange of goods, contact us by e-mail village@ekomammas.lv or on Instagram profile @eko_mammas_village about the availability of the necessary goods, so that they are provided to you. In case of returning goods, fill out the application in a free format (name, surname, date of purchase, bank account number, amount, due) and send it to us electronically by e-mail: village@ekomammas.lv.
2. After receiving the e-mail, we will contact you within three working days.
3. Pack the product back in its original packaging, add exchange or cancellation instructions (name, surname, date of purchase, bank account number, amount, if applicable) and send it with Omniva parcel to Rīgas Deglava street Maxima XXX – certificate tel. no. 26181182.
4. We will send another product for exchange on the working day after we have received the product and verified its condition.
5. You will receive the refund (to the current account) within 14 days from the moment we have received the product and verified its condition.
6. The exchange or return of the product with Omniva parcel is paid by the buyer.
Exchange or return of goods by courier
1. When returning the product with a courier, act in the same way as it is done through Parcel, only the delivery address will be the Eko Mammu office (Augusta Deglava 66-602, Riga, phone no. 26181182). Possible pick-up times must be agreed by writing to us at village@ekomammas.lv or on the Instagram profile @eko_mammas_village.
2. The exchange or return of the product by courier is paid by the buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receiving the product. If the end of the term falls on a “specified holiday” in the country, the right of withdrawal until the working day following the end date of the said term (including it).
In order to use the 14-day right of withdrawal, it is allowed to be used only for the intended purposes, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the right exercise period, and it can only be changed or returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days after sending the refusal form to the online store. After receiving the goods to be returned, the online store will calculate, but not later than within 14 days, refunding all payments received from the buyer on the basis of the invoice.
